Earned Pro Status: 2016
Competitive Highlights:

  • 2016 NPC Universe – Women’s Physique Class Winner, Figure Class Winner – Earned Pro Status

Posing Philosophy: “Posing is a KEY to having the judges notice you. They do not know how long or hard you work in the gym. YOUR posing is what they see, and it is imperative to make a great impression! Posing should be natural and fluid—sexy, yet classy!”
Current & Past Posing Clients: IFBB Pro Julius Rummingan, IFBB Pro Al Auguste, IFBB Pro Cristina Ortiz, IFBB Pro Candice Keene, NPC Overall Champion Bella Falconi, NPC Nationally Qualified Physique competitor Lameen Schand and many more!
Posing Philosophy: “Posing cannot be mastered in a day. It takes time—just as it takes time to get your body ready for the stage. I work with athletes for weeks leading up to them stepping on stage to make sure their posing shows their physique to its fullest potential! I believe you should get a second opinion on your posing outside of your contest prep coach. Sometimes others can see things that can really bring your posing to the next level.”
Hope’s Speciality: “The key to great posing is for it to look effortless and natural. This is not easy and takes time to learn and master, but that’s what I work with my posing clients to accomplish. My background in dance really helps me help athletes with their transitions and presentation on the stage.”

Practice truly makes perfect, and when you feel you’ve mastered your posing, that’s when you find that “spark” and that confidence to set you apart. This is your time to command attention and show what you’ve been working for, and if you walk out on stage with the confidence of a star, you will get that attention you deserve!”
Jessica’s Speciality:  “To me, the stage feels like home, and I love being able to help girls feel that same way. With a background in dance, choreography, and pageant choreography, I’ve found ways to help girls master that feeling and bring their stage presence to the next level. So from the moment they walk out on that stage, they can walk out there like the stage is theirs alone.”

"The quality of your physique won't matter unless you can present it in the best manner with correct posing—highlighting your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses. You must also project your confidence and attitude with your stage swagger. How you walk and smile, showing you own the stage. The overwhelming experience of the coaches at Bombshell Fitness is unparalleled and second to none."

Josh Hickman, NPC Men’s Physique

"Your posing can really make or break you on stage, which is something the Bombshell coaches can't reinforce enough. Their years of expertise is so invaluable when it comes to creating the perfect posing routine for every competitor. They know what the judges are looking for and have helped me tweak my routine down to the most minuscule details, which can make such a difference in how my physique will look on stage. It's not the competitor with the most muscle development or the lowest body fat or the biggest glutes that wins the show - it's the one who knows how to pose to show off her personal physique and all it's best attributes to get that perfectly balanced look. From online skype sessions to in-person sessions, I've been lucky enough to work with each of the posing coaches and learn how to pose to show the best angles of my body and make adjustments as my body changes. I put in the hard work to build my body, and the Bombshell coaches have taught me how to truly show that off."

Jessica Dolias, 4x NPC Bikini Overall Winner

"I found Skype posing to be super helpful in developing the posing routine that I used when I won my pro card, and then again for a whole new routine for my pro debut. After the routine was developed, the little critiques I received in follow-ups were incredibly valuable. Screenshots of a pose in the video I sent in with notes to slightly change my hand position, etc. That attention to detail has made a huge impact on my presentation. I used to struggle so much with posing, but with the Bombshell coaches' help, it is finally becoming a strength for me."
